The house is detached
and accessed via a gravel road. There is an entrance drive to the
property with ample parking for up to around five vehicles. The house
has a wooden roof, which has been repaired and insulated. There are a
variety of traditional features within the house including hand painted
tiles to the kitchen and wooden beams to the living room.
The house has wooden
framed windows and doors throughout, in keeping with the character and
age of the property. The house is set over two floors and briefly

Ground Floor: The
main entrance to the house is located on the ground floor and there is a
double opening wooden door with wrought iron furniture. This leads
directly into a spacious living room with a tiled floor and wooden
beamed ceiling. This living room, which is double aspect, also has
exposed stone walls and a fireplace with stone hearth. There is a wooden
staircase to one corner of the living room which leads to the first
floor accommodation.
The kitchen is accessed
off the living room and also has a tiled floor. The kitchen has a large,
traditional style fireplace to one corner and there are hand painted
tiled to the lower half of some the walls. There are some built in
wooden base level units with wrought iron door furniture. The work
surfaces are marble.
First Floor: The
wooden staircase leads into a entrance vestibule on the first floor.
This entrance vestibule is double aspect and has parquet wood flooring.
There is an external access door of the vestibule, which leads out to a
covered portico with stone steps leading to the garden and hand carved
stone pillars.
There is a second living
room, which is accessed off this entrance vestibule. This living room
also has a tiled floor and is double aspect with a double height pitched
roof with exposed wooden beams. There is a second wooden staircase to
the corner of this living room, which leads up to a mezzanine study
area/third bedroom.
The mezzanine study area
has a wooden floor and is spacious. Off the living room there are two
bedrooms, both of which wooden floors. The bathroom has a tiled floor
and exposed stone walls with traditional style hand painted tiles to
some area. Within the bathroom there is a shower area which is accessed
by a wrought iron gate. The bathroom has a toilet, bidet and pedestal
sink.
The property is situated
on a plot measuring around 4,000 square metres. The garden immediately
surrounding the house has stone paved patio areas. There are a variety
of mature trees including olives and pines. Within the garden there is a
