A new build contemporary style, detached house for sale within the village of Atalaia in central Portugal. The house is fully double glazed with contemporary style brushed aluminium finish. The shutters are integral and can electronically controlled. The house has been constructed to a high standard with careful attention to detail in the finishing. There is a fully tiled bathroom off the hallway, which has a hydro-massage bath with shower above, toilet, bidet and contemporary style double vanity basin with storage cupboard beneath and mirrors above. The kitchen is situated at the rear of the house and can be accessed either by the hallway or from the living room. The kitchen is fully fitted with a range of contemporary style base and eye level units some of which have glazed doors. The work surface is black granite and the white goods are quality names. There is a gas hob, integrated microwave, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen also has a set of patio doors and an exterior access door which lead out to a terrace at the rear of the house. First Floor: The stone faced staircase opens out onto a spacious landing area on the first floor. this landing area has a wood laminate floor and provides access to the bedrooms and a family sized bathroom. There are four bedrooms to this floor, all of which have wood laminate floors and build in wooden wardrobes with sliding doors. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. One of the master suites has a wall of wardrobes with a 'hidden' access door to the bathroom. This en-suite bathroom is fully tiled and has a hydro-massage shower, toilet and vanity basin with storage cupboard and mirror above. The second master suite also has a fully tiled bathroom with a hydro-massage shower, toilet and vanity basin with mirror above. This master suit also has a set of patio which lead out to a private veranda at the rear of the house. One of the bedrooms also has a veranda which leads out to a veranda at the front of the house. There is a family sized bathroom to this floor, which is fully tiled. This bathroom has a hydro-massage bath with shower above, bidet, toilet and vanity basin with a storage cupboard beneath and mirror above. Annex: At the rear of the house there is a detached annex, which houses a spacious garage. The garage has a tiled floor and an up and over electronic door. This annex also has a large storage room, which can be accessed internally from the garage or externally. The storage room has a tiled floor and there is a built in barbecue to one corner with a food preparation area. There is also an open fronted covered dining area within the annex. The property has a garden, which is fully walled and relatively flat. There is a vehicle entry way to the side of the house, which has electronic gates. This leads to a block paved driveway which has ample parking for up to three or four vehicles. |

The property is situated in the village of Atalaia in central Portugal, which has several cafes, a church, small shop and a community centre. The village is easy to access and has good road links to both Entroncamento, Torres Novas and Tomar, all of which are short drives from the property.
Tomar is around ten minutes by car and has a variety of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes, banks, sports centres as well as historic monuments and narrow cobbled streets in which to wander. The large towns of Entroncamento and Torres Novas are around ten and 15 minutes by car respectively. Both towns have train and bus stations as well as a retail shopping centres, schools, hospitals, post offices, parks, cinema as well as cafes and restaurants.
The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon, which is around one and a quarter hours drive away. Lisbon airport is serviced by a variety of low cost airlines which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other European countries. |
