leads directly into a living room, off which there are two bedrooms. The
kitchen also leads off the living room and is located to the rear of the
cottage.
The structure of the
cottage is in fairly good condition, though some of the roof tiles,
which are all original hand made ones, could need replacing. To the rear
of the cottage there are several outbuildings, which have been
constructed in red brick.
The cottage's land is
located to the side and rear and is all relatively flat. There are some
mature fruit trees including orange and lemon. |

of Barroquinhas, which is close to Rego de Murta in Central Portugal.

the heart of Central Portugal.

Alvaiázere, which has supermarkets,
shops, cafe bars, builder's merchants, wood yards, restaurants, health
centre, schools, municipal swimming pools and a weekly market, is
approximately ten minutes drive from the property. The historic town of
Tomar, which is
home to the Knights Templar Convento do Cristo, is around 25 minutes
drive from the property.
The cottage has good access and it is
easily located from the N110 Tomar to Coimbra road. The cottage is set
in a rural location but is close to all amenities.
The closest airport to the property is located at Lisbon, which is approximately one and a half hours' by car. |
