Figueira da Foz has a range of large supermarkets, hospital, two universities, shops, retail outlet stores, bowling alley, cinema and restaurants as well as tennis clubs and casino. There are several golf courses within 20 minutes drive of the property and the historic city of Coimbra is around 30 minutes away by car.

The property is easy to access and is only around 140 kilometres from Porto airport. Porto airport is serviced by several low cost airlines which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other European countries.
