The house, which is set over two floors,
measures 163 square metres of construction. It briefly comprises:
Ground Floor: There entrance door
leads onto a central hallway. Off this hallway there is a spacious
living room. The kitchen, which has some base and eye level units, a
sink and drainer and a corner fireplace. The kitchen is large enough to
incorporate a dining area at one end. There are four bedrooms and two
bathrooms, which are fully tiled. One of the bathrooms has a bath. Three
