The house, which is attached,
is situated within the centre of the historic village of Carregueiros
and occupies a corner position. The house measures 90 square metres of construction and is set
on a plot measuring 270 square metres. The house has some exposed stone
work to the exterior and is fully double glazed
and has internal shutters.
The house, which is
connected to mains water and electricity and has been pre-installation
for air conditioning, briefly comprises:
Ground Floor: To
the ground floor there is a large garage, which has a tiled floor and
and a window. Off the garage there is a fully tiled bathroom. There is a
separate personnel entrance to the house. There is an entrance hall with
a staircase, which stone treads and a wooden balustrade, off which leads
to the first floor.
First Floor: To
the first floor there is a spacious living room with a tiled floor. The
kitchen has fitted wooden base and eye level units as well as a
breakfast bar island. The kitchen is fully tiled and has granite work
surfaces. There is one bedroom to this floor. The bedroom has laminate
wood flooring. There is a bathroom, which is fully tiled and has a bath
with shower above.
Second Floor:
Access to the second floor is via a stone faced staircase. There are two
bedrooms to the second floor, both with wood laminate flooring. Both of
these bedrooms have Velux style roof windows. There is a fully tiled
bathroom to this floor with a shower cubicle. |

The property is situated in the village of
Carregueiros which has many cafe bars, restaurants, a pharmacy and
mini-market.
The historic town of
Tomar, which has supermarkets, banks,
health centre, art galleries, library, cinema, bowling alley, theatre,
shops, restaurants and bus and train station, is approximately 10
minutes by car. Tomar is famous for the UNESCO listed Convento do
Cristo, which was constructed by the Knight Templars in the 12th
century.
Portugal's second largest reservoir,
Castelo do Bode lake, which is popular for all kinds of watersports, is
around 20 minutes drive from the property.
The closest airport to the property is located at Lisbon, which is approximately one and a half hours' by car. |
