the house leads directly into an open plan living room and kitchen. This
room is treble aspect and has two sets of part glazed patio doors with
internal wooden shutters, which lead out to the front of the house.
The flooring of this room is traditional
style ceramic tiles and there are exposed wooden beams to the ceiling.

walls behind have been decorated with hand painted traditional tiles.
