The warehouse was originally used for
making and storing wine and has large cold rooms. The warehouse, which
is connected to both mains water and electricity, briefly comprises:
Ground Floor: There are three
separate double entrances to the ground floor of the warehouse. Each of
these entrances leads into a self contained cold storage room. There is
a large operational room, which houses the cold storage equipment and
control panel. In addition to this there is a bathroom and a large
storage space.
First Floor: There are four more
cold storage rooms to the first floor as well as a large tasting room,
bottle storage room and an adega.
Second Floor: To the second floor
there are offices, which are heated by large open fires, and large
garages with individual entrance doors. This second floor does require
some repair work to be carried out, though it is not major.
The warehouse is set on a plot measuring
4,076 square metres and there is ample parking space, which has been
asphalted. There are two entrances to the warehouse, which are wide and
easy to negotiate in larger vehicles.
At present the warehouse is structured to
operate one business from the premises, however with a little thought it
could be subdivided to provide smaller units for things such as motor
boat storage or a secure furniture storage facility. |
