The cottage is set on a plot measuring 502 square metres and the majority of the land is flat. There are some mature fruit trees as well as grape vines on the land. There is a private sitting area to the front of the cottage, which is shaded by the trees. The cottage is situated near the small village of Castelo and is only around five minutes from the nearest cafe and small shop. The larger town of Serta, which has supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, banks, schools, cafes and restaurants, is only around five kilometres from the property.
There are good access roads to the property and the IC8 dual carriageway, which leads to the coastal towns of Figueira da Foz, is a short drive away.
The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon airport, which is around 192 kilometres drive. Lisbon airport is serviced by several low cost airlines which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom. |
