The bathroom has a bath with shower above, toilet and marble topped vanity basin with a storage cupboard beneath.

The house is situated in the country though only a short drive to the village of Chaos, which has several cafes, a small shop, community centre, bakers and butchers. The larger town of Tomar, which is home to the UNESCO listed Convento do Cristo, is around 15-20 minutes drive from the property. Tomar has a range of supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, bowling alley, schools, banks, pharmacies and cinema.

The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon, which is around one and a half hours' drive from the property. Lisbon airport is serviced by a variety of low cost airlines, which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom.
