LOCATION INFORMATION

The house is located in Constância South in central Portugal. The house is within walking distance of several cafe bars and there is a mainline train station within a five minute drive. The village of Constância is approximately five minutes drive from the house. Constância is a popular village and has cafe bars, restaurants, a supermarket, petrol station, observatory, schools, cinema, library, post office and bank.

 

The larger town of Tramagal is approximately ten minutes drive from the house. Tramagal has a supermarket, shops, award winning vineyard, cafes, restaurants, banks, post office, schools and train station. The property is easy to locate and is situated on the south side of the River Tagus. The A23 east west dual carriageway is a short drive and allows ease of access for the closest airport at Lisbon. Lisbon airport is approximately one and a quarter hours' by car. Several low cost airlines operate scheduled flights into and Lisbon airport from the United Kingdom.
