The house, which
measures 120 square metres of construction is set on a plot
measuring 440 square metres. The garden of the house is located to the
front and there is a driveway with electric entrance gates. There is
parking for two vehicles.
The garden of the house
is raised and has a selection of fruit trees including lemon, orange,
Nespera, peach and plum as well as some grape vines. The house has two
entrance doors to the front, one of which leads directly into the living
room.
The living room has a
tiled floor and a corner, stone fireplace with a recirculating hot air
Salamander log burner. Off the living room there is a kitchen, which has
a selection of base and eye level units fitted. The work surfaces are
granite and the white goods (gas/electric hob, oven, dishwasher, washing
machine and fridge freezer) are already installed.
There are three
bedrooms, two of which have laminate wood floors. The third bedroom has
a tiled floor. There are two bathrooms, both of which are fully tiled.
One of the bathrooms has a bath with shower above, while the other has a
toilet, bidet and pedestal sink.
The second entrance door
leads into a vestibule which leads into the living room. The house has a
spacious attic, which has a concrete floor. The attic has three small
windows which over look the front garden.
The house is fully
double glazed and has traditional style Portuguese shutters. The window
and door surrounds are stone and there is stone facing to the lower half
