The house is set over
two floors and has aluminium framed windows with some integral shutters.
The property does require renovation and modernisation works, though
could be refurbished into a spacious home. The property briefly
comprises:
Ground Floor: The
ground floor accommodation is divided into six rooms. All of these room
have concrete floors. There is a rustic style kitchen with a large,
traditional fireplace and an exterior access door, which leads to the
rear of the property. There is a partially tiled bathroom with a bath,
toilet, bidet and pedestal sink. In addition to this there is a spacious
pantry, living room and dining room as well as a hallway with a set of
wooden stairs leading to the first floor.
First Floor: The
first floor accommodation can be accessed internally and externally via
an exterior staircase. This exterior staircase leads to a veranda at the
side of teh house. There is a central hallway, with wooden floor and
ceiling. Off this hallway there are six bedrooms, all of which have
wooden floors and ceilings. One of these rooms is double aspect. There
is a bathroom which has a toilet and pedestal sink.
Annex: To the side of
the house there is a one storey annex, which has been used for storage
purposes. This annex does require renovation and repair work, in
particular to the roof. The annex, which measures 50 square metres of
construction, is divided internally into two rooms and could quite
easily be turned into a garage.
The property is situated
on a plot measuring 761 square metres. There are some mature trees to
the front and rear of the house and the land surrounding the house is
all relatively flat. The property is bordered by a road, though this is
a secondary, quiet one used only by other home owners. |
