There is also an open fronted dining area which has a built in barbecue. The cottage has 3,280 square metres of land and there are a variety of mature orange trees. The garden immediately surrounding the cottage is fenced there there is a paved driveway as well as a mature vegetable garden. The property is in a good decorative condition and is ready to move into.
The village of Curvaceiros has several cafes and a small shop. The larger town of Tomar, which is famous for the UNESCO listed Convento do Cristo constructed in the 12th century by the Knight Templars, is a short drive from the property (around seven kilometres).
Tomar is a popular and bustling town with a variety of supermarkets, health centres, schools, banks, cafes, shops, builders merchants, restaurants, library, university, bowling alley and swimming pool.
The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon, which is around one and a quarter hours' drive. Lisbon airport is serviced by several low cost airlines which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other European countries. |
