A plot of land with mature trees for sale near Tomar, central Portugal. The land, which measures 2,320 square metres, has a rustic classification and is not suitable for construction. The plot has a variety of mature trees in situ including pine and eucalyptus. The plot is accessed via a gravel road and is located in a quiet area. There are a variety of mature eucalyptus trees which are nearing the optimum age for harvesting. Eucalyptus trees are grown as a crop in Portugal and a modest income can be achieved once every seven to nine years. The land is relatively flat though part of the land has a small incline. The land is situated near the village of Curvaceiros which has several cafes and a shop. The larger town of Tomar, which is around 10 minutes drive from the village. Tomar has a variety of supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, agricultural merchants, a weekly market and bus and train stations. |
