PROPERTY OVERVIEW

A substantial three bedroom detached house with sea views for sale near Ericeira on the Silver Coast in Portugal. The house, which is set on a plot measuring 1,500 square metres, is connected to mains water and electricity and has a telephone line installed.

 

The house, which is set over three floors, is fully double glazed and has traditional style Portuguese shutters throughout. The house was constructed two years ago and has been finished utilising traditional materials.

The second floor is accessed via a wooden staircase off the central hallway. The staircase opens out onto a spacious landing area with a ceramic tiled floor and wooden beamed ceiling.

 

Off this landing there are two large, double bedrooms, both of which have wooden floors and ceilings. These bedrooms measure 21 and 22 square metres respectively. Both bedrooms have alcoves which have been prepared for the installation of built in wardrobes, though the present owner has not had them fitted.

 

Both bedrooms has a set of part glazed patio doors which lead out to balconies at the front and the rear of the house. There is also a master bedroom which measures 17 square metres. This master bedroom has a ceramic tiled floor and a wooden beamed roof as well as a set of part glazed patio doors which lead out to a double aspect terrace. This terrace has a tiled floor, a wooden trellis gazebo for shade and stunning views over the countryside to the sea.

 

The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom, which is fully tiled. This en-suite bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and pedestal sink.

There is also a family sized bathroom to this floor, which has a bath with shower above, toilet and pedestal sink. The property has been well maintained and is ready to move into.

Ericeira, which is around 50 kilometres drive from Lisbon, has a range of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and schools.
