Access into this barn is via a double opening metal door and there is also a grape crushing vat to one corner.

The property is situated in a quiet location and although set on a road, only receives a small amount of local traffic. The property is located near the hamlet of Jamprestes and the nearest town to the property is located at Tomar, which has shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, banks, schools, health centres, sports centres, university, hospital, UNESCO listed Convento do Cristo and other historic monuments.

The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon, which is around one and a half hours' drive. Lisbon is serviced by a variety of low cost airlines, which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other European countries.
