There are two double bedrooms, both of which have wood laminate floors and built in wooden wardrobes with sliding doors and patio doors which lead out of private balconies. There is also a master suite, which has a walk through dressing area with a wall of floor to ceiling built in wooden wardrobes. The en-suite bathroom is fully tiled and has a shower, toilet and vanity basin with a marble top and mirror above.

There is a family sized bathroom to this floor, which is also fully tiled. The bathroom has a corner bath with shower attachment, wall mounted bidet and toilet and a contemporary style vanity basin with storage cupboard beneath and mirror above.

The property has a walled garden and there is a personnel access gate to the front as well as a remote controlled vehicle entrance gate to the side, which leads to the driveway. There is a patio area to the rear of the house as well as an under cover dining area in front of the garage.

The house is located in the parish of Junceira in Central Portugal and is within walking distance to a cafe bar. The house is situated on a quiet road, which only receives local traffic.

The historic town of Tomar, which has supermarkets, weekly market, banks, cafes, builders merchants, schools, shops, agricultural merchants, bus and train stations and the UNESCO listed Convento do Cristo, is around 10 minutes drive from the property.

The closest airport to the house is located at Lisbon, which is approximately one and a half hours' by car. Lisbon airport is serviced by several low cost airlines which operate scheduled flights into and out of the United Kingdom.
