Castelo do Bode lake, which is Portugal's second largest reservoir, is at the bottom of the property's garden and is popular for all kinds of water sports. Sailing, canoeing, scuba diving, fishing, swimming and jet skiing are all popular activities available on the lake. The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon, which is around one and a half hours by car. Lisbon airport is serviced by a variety of low cost airlines which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other European countries. |
