A three bedroom, new build terraced house for sale in Areia Branca on
the Silver Coast in Portugal.
The villa, which is set over three floors, was constructed in 2007, and
is connected to both mains water and electricity and has sea views.
The villa, which measures 331 square metres of construction, has been
built to a good standard and is close to all amenities as well as some
of the Silver Coast's finest beaches including Praia da Areia Branca,
Praia da Areal and Vale Frades.

First Floor: There are three double
bedrooms to the first floor, accessed off a central hallway. All of

One of the bedrooms is a master suite with a set of patio doors which
lead out to a private veranda at the rear of the house with good views
over the countryside to the sea. The en-suite bathroom is fully tiled in
a contemporary style and has a bath with shower above. There is a marble
topped vanity unit with a modern storage unit below. The other two
bedrooms both have patio doors. One of which leads to a private veranda
at the front of the house and the other to a balcony, also at the front
of the house.

contemporary style tiling and a vanity unit with a marble top.
The house was constructed in 2007 and is
fully double glazed with ceramic tiled floors throughout, except in the

The house is situated in Areia Branca, a
small sea side village on the Silver Coast of Portugal. The village has
all amenities for modern day living and holidaying including cafe bars,
restaurants, shops, mini-market, post office and regular bus service.
The larger town of Lourinha, which has supermarkets, swimming pools,
shops, hospital, tourist office post office, weekly market, pharmacies
and a dinosaur museum, is approximately ten minutes drive from the
property.
The property is easy to locate and is
situated in a sought after area. The larger, popular town of Peniche is
approximately 20 minutes from the property, whereas Óbidos is around
half an hours' drive. There are several golf courses within a 40 minute
drive of the property. The closest being situated at Rio Maior. The
closest airport to the town is located at Lisbon, which is approximately
one hours' drive from the house. |
