The house, which is set
over three floors, has metal framed windows and a metal framed door. The
house is in reasonable condition and briefly comprises:
Ground Floor: The
entrance door leads directly into a living room which has a wooden
staircase leading to the first floor. Off this living room there is a
kitchen, which has a fireplace and some base level units. There is a
bathroom to this floor, which is fully tiled, though could benefit from
some modernisation work.
First Floor:
There are two bedrooms to the first floor, both with wooden floors.
Attic: The attic,
