There is an entrance

hall lead to the apartment. The main door to the apartment is fitted

The living room, which
has a matching marble floor, is accessed via a set of part glazed,
double opening doors. The living room has two sets of patio doors, which
lead out to a spacious veranda at the front of the apartment building.
The veranda has a tiled floor and a barbecue and food preparation area
has already been installed. The kitchen, which is off the living room,
also has a set of patio doors, which lead out to this spacious veranda.
The kitchen is fully fitted and has a selection of modern style base and
eye level units with some glazed doors. The work surface is marble and
there is a double stainless steel sink and drainer. The kitchen will be
