A detached four bedroom new build house for sale near the town of Torres Novas in central Portugal. The house, which is set over three floors, has been constructed to a high standard and provides ample living accommodation.

PROPERTY INFORMATION

The property has a walled garden with cobbled patio areas and space for lawns and shrubs. There is a single storey garage which has an automatic 'up and over door'. Adjacent to the garage there is a built in barbecue with food preparation area.

LOCATION INFORMATION

The property is situated in the village of Meia Via in Central Portugal. There are cafe bars and small shops within walking distance of the property and the larger town of Torres Novas, is only five kilometres drive.

The historic town of Tomar, which is home to the Knights Templar Castle and Convento do Cristo, is 20 minutes drive from the property. Tomar has a popular historic centre which is a maze of cobble streets with cafes and shops.

 

The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon, which is approximately 119 kilometres away. Lisbon airport is serviced by several low cost airlines which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom.
