There is also a good sized swimming pool for guests to take advantage of. The apartment is situated in the small town of Leziria on Portugal's Silver Coast. The property is within walking distance of amenities and is only around nine kilometres drive from the beaches at Pedrógão. The popular town of Monte Redondo is a short drive from the property.

The city of Leiria, which has supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, health centres, bus station, historic castle and sports centres is around 23 kilometres from the property. Both Lisbon and Porto airports are around one hour and forty minutes drive. Both airports are serviced by a variety of low cost airlines, which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other European countries.
