kilometres from the property.
The historic town of Tomar, which is home to the
UNESCO listed Convento do Cristo, is approximately 11 kilometres drive
from the village. Tomar has several large builders merchants,
architects, supermarkets,
cafes, restaurants, shops, banks, schools, pharmacies, health centres, a
hospital, university, cinema and bus and train stations.
The closest
airport to the house is situated at Lisbon, which is approximately one
and a quarter hours by car. Lisbon airport is serviced by several low
cost airlines, which operate regular flights into and out of the United
