The larger town of Serta, which has supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, banks, schools, cafes and restaurants, is only around eight kilometres from the property.

 

There are good access roads to the property and the IC8 dual carriageway, which leads to the coastal towns of Figueira da Foz, is a short drive away. The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon airport, which is around 190 kilometres drive. Lisbon airport is serviced by several low cost airlines which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom.
