Castelo do Bode lake, Portugal's second largest reservoir, is a short drive from the property. The lake is a popular destination for many looking to participate in all kinds of water sport activities including water skiing, scuba diving, canoeing, swimming, fishing and sailing.

 

The closest airport to the house is currently located at Lisbon, which is approximately one and a quarter hours drive. Lisbon airport is serviced by several low cost airlines which operate scheduled flights into and out of the United Kingdom.
