The property is situated close to the popular market town of Cabaços, which has a weekly market, cafes, restaurants, bank, pharmacy, post office, mini-markets and a small supermarket. The larger town of Ferreira do Zêzere, which also has a weekly market, supermarkets, post office, medical centre, schools, an indoor swimming pool and library, is also just a short drive away.
The historic town of Tomar is less half an hour away. Tomar, home to the UNESCO listed Convento do Cristo, has a variety of supermarkets, large weekly market, hospital, university, schools, sports centres and bus and train station.
