The property caters very well for the open space living idea as non entering we have a generous hall with the kitchen to the left and a massive living/dining room in front.
The living room has laminate flooring at the moment. The room also has great head hight and a large set of patio doors leading directly out onto the swimming pool area. There is a toilet for visitors here also. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and has granite worktops. It is double aspect as it has some patio doors as well as a large window on the other wall.

To the outside, we have a large patio area that covers all of the doors from the bedrooms. The pool is a great size and is tiled. The garden can be accessed by some stairs that are at the far end of the plot.
The property is prepared to have central heating but doesn’t have a boiler at the moment. It has double glazing throughout and a garage large enough to take two cars.
The property is situated in the village of Junceira, which has several cafes and a mini-market. The larger, historic town of Tomar, which is home to the Convento do Cristo, is only ten minutes by car.
Tomar is a bustling market town, which has a good variety of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, banks, shops, pharmacies, health centres, sports centres, library, university, hospital, bus and train station, historic monuments and parks.
Castelo do Bode lake, Portugal’s second largest reservoir, is only ten minutes drive in the opposite direction. Castelo do Bode lake is popular for all kinds of water sport activities including swimming, sailing, canoeing, scuba diving and water skiing. The lake is also a haven for wild life and there are many river beaches close to the property where you can relax and enjoy the scenery.
The closest airport to the property is located at Lisbon, which is around one and a quarter hours’ by car. Lisbon airport is serviced by a variety of low cost airlines which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other European countries.
