A spacious two storey town house, located in the middle of town. The property has a small garden areas and off street parking for at least two cars. The house is fully walled so if you have pets, they will be secure. The only part that isn’t fenced off is the parking area.

The property has two different accesses. The ground floor access is to the front of the property and there is an exterior staircase to the left of the property which takes you up to the first floor and directy into the kitchen.

The ground floor of the property needs a bit of work still. The first floor is finished and perfectly habitable, meaning that you could live on the first floor while the work on the ground floor is carried out.

On this floor there are three bedrooms with parquet flooring and then a large family bathroom in the middle which has shower cubicle with a glass cabinet. The kitchen comes equipped with an eye level oven with a microwave above.  There is lots of storage as there is a good amount of cabinets.

The town of Caxarias has all of the amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, schools, etc.

The town of Ourem is only 15 minutes away and Tomar is 20 minutes away.

Tomar has supermarkets, shops, builders merchants, cafes, restaurants, health centres, schools, a weekly market, swimming pools and historic Convento do Cristo and Castle constructed by the Knight Templars in the 12th century.

Castelo do Bode lake, Portugal’s second largest reservoir is around 30 minutes from the property. This lake is popular for all kinds of water sport activities including swimming, sailing, canoeing, scuba diving, wind surfing and water skiing. The lake is also a haven for wildlife and there are many river beaches close to the property, ideal for relaxing sunny days at the water’s edge.

The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon, which is around one hour and a quarter drive from the property, though it is possible to utilize either train or bus for this journey. Lisbon airport is serviced by several low cost airlines which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other European countries.
