The property is situated in an ideal position, with three of the major towns all within 15 minutes’ drive from the house. The cities of Tomar, Entroncamento and Torres Novas are all quite close to the property, all have everything you need and Torres Novas is especially good for a younger family as there is a cinema, shopping centre and lots of nice restaurants and cafés.
The house has two entrances, either from the road from the front or from the back of the house which is what would be classed as the main entrance for day to day use. Now moving through into the main house. The house is set in the format of and “L”. At one end are the bedrooms and the other is kitchen with the living and dining room and a large hallway with two sets of patio doors out onto the pool. If we start at the end with the bedrooms we have two bedrooms, both with access to the exterior and built in wardrobes, one of them is en-suite. In between them is the family bathroom. There are another two bedrooms a little bit further down the hall. If we continue down, we will come to the front door and the office, both come off of the hallway with pool access I mentioned earlier. Heading forward again, we come to the living and dining rooms. The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon, which is around one and a quarter hours by car. Lisbon airport is serviced by a variety of low cost airlines which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other European countries.
