The house is located on the main road on the outskirts of the town of Cernache do Bonjardim. The property is all walled and the house sits back from the road. The bathroom is fully tiled, and the hand wash basin unit with cupboard underneath is separated from the section with toilet, bidet and bathtub by a tiled wall.To the front of the landing there is another bedroom with built-in wardrobe and a set of patio doors leading onto a balcony with views to the rear of the house. Next to this we find a third bathroom, fully tiled, with shower cubicle, toilet, bidet and hand wash basin with storage cupboard underneath. To the left of the bathroom, there is another bedroom, also with built-in wardrobe, two sets of patio doors, one leading onto a balcony to the side of the house, the other with views to the front of the house.

The floors of the rooms and the corridor as well as on the stairs are solid oak.The entrance to the property has a drive way to the side of the house which accesses the garage and the annexes to the rear of the house, consisting of utility rooms housing the gas bottles for cooking and as support to the hot water system, and an open car port.There is vehicle access the plot of land behind the house. The larger town of Sertã is 12 km away. Sertã has several supermarkets, shops, restaurants, banks, indoor and outdoor pools, a public library, schools, health centers, café bars, parks and municipal buildings and is easy to access off the IC8 dual carriageway.The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon, which is around two hours and ten minutes.
