The house is connected to mains electricity and mains water and has a well for irrigation purposes. Right next to the property there is a public fountain from which the water to re-fill the pool is taken, with authorization by the local authorities.
The property is situated on a quiet road which takes very little traffic. The property can be accessed either by a double or a pedestal wooden gate, both lead to four steps leading to the large covered veranda.

Next, is a large storage room with tiled floor, which houses not only the washing machine and dryer, a fridge and a fridge freezer, base and wall units and shelfs all around, but also the electric water heater with a capacity of 200 liters.
At the end of the corridor we have a have a well dimensioned wooden staircase with a ninety degree angle leading up to a landing on the first floor of the house. To the right we have steps leading into the attic space and to the front there is a door giving way onto a corridor. Turning left, we have the front door of the first floor of the house, which opens onto the front balcony with iron balustrade and steps leading onto the ground floor balcony, facing the road. We have open views into the surrounding landscape, which is very rural.
Coming in from the front door on the first floor, we have a large, airy living room to the left. We have a double glass door to the front balcony and a log burner with ventilation and a tiled floor.
Further down the T-shaped corridor, and turning left, we have the master bedroom with built-in wardrobe with sliding door and fully tiled en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a vanity basin, toilet and bidet and a large shower cubicle with glass enclosure.
Next to the master bedroom we have a smaller bedroom, also with built-in wardrobe. Next to this we have another good sized bedroom with built-in wardrobe. Back down the corridor and into the light flooded landing, we go up the wooden stairs to the attic space, which is divided into three rooms. The first is used as creativity room, the second as a music and movie room, and the third as a walk-in storage. The roof is fully insulated and covered with chip wood panels, the walls and the floor are also insulated, which helps to keep the whole house very comfortable both in winter and in summer.
All windows and doors in the house are double glazed aluminum framed, with exterior aluminum shutters.
The round pool to the rear of the property is basically above ground but has been lowered into the ground. The water in the pool can be heated by solar collector coil. There is deck all around the pool and a comfortable seating area for shade, also well suited to enjoy during the winter months as it protects you from the wind. To two sides of this pool area there is garden space with different fruit trees.
Next to the house we have a workshop with electric points, which could be used as a garage if so desired, as it has vehicle access door.
The large veranda on the running the width of the house has an outdoor kitchen on one side and a wooden balustrade. There are ceiling lights for evening sessions of relaxing and two ceiling fans to cool off on hot summer days and to keep the flies away.
