Next to the house there is a large garage with space for three cars.
The land is accessed either by bespoke patio to the rear of the house or by a path to the right of the house. There is also access to the land for a tractor at the bottom of the field. There is a large shed at the bottom of the land, which serves to accommodate a tractor, and contains a borehole with electric pump for irrigation purposes.
The land boasts a great number of beautiful mature olive trees, as well as orange and other fruit trees. There is plenty of fertile earth to grow vegetables.
The setting of this property is very quiet and peaceful. There are houses in the hamlet and on the lane which leads to the house, but most of them are not permanently inhabited but serve as weekend and holiday homes of people who live in Lisbon or in other larger cities.
