There is also an external access door off the hallway, which leads out to a traditional style veranda with stone pillars and wooden ceiling. This veranda has good views over the garden and there is also an exterior stone staircase leading to the front of the house.
Off this central hallway there are four bedrooms, all of which have wooden floors and ceilings and recessed windows with internal shutters.
There is a fully tiled bathroom which has a wooden floor and ceiling. The bathroom has a bath with shower above, pedestal sink, bidet and toilet.
Storage Rooms: To the side of the house there are storage rooms, which are currently housing the property's central heating gas tank and boiler. There is also an open fronted storage area for stacking logs as well as a built in barbecue and food preparation area.
The property has land measuring 5,639 square metres, which is all located to the rear of the house. The land is all relatively flat and there are a variety of mature trees and shrubs including willows and olives.
The garden immediately surrounding the house has been landscaped and there is a marble cobbled driveway as well as a tiled patio area and lawns.

The property is situated within a country location near the village of Chao de Macas in central Portugal. The village of Chao de Macas has several cafes. The closest town to the property is situated at Tomar, which is approximately 14 kilometres away.
Tomar is an historic market town, which is home to the famous UNESCO listed Convento do Cristo constructed by the Knight Templars in the 12th century. Tomar has several large supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, schools, banks, pharmacies, hospital, health centres, sports centres and bus and train stations. In addition to this it has a weekly market on Fridays and a flea market once a month.
