The two cottages are
situated adjacent to each other and both are set over two floors.
Combined they cover 290 square metres and briefly comprise:
Cottage One: The
first cottage has been constructed in stone and is around 70 years old.
It has stone window and door surrounds with aluminium framed windows. To
the ground floor of this cottage there are two kitchen, one of which has
a traditional style fireplace and a tiled floor. The second kitchen has
some free standing base level units and a sink and drainer. There is a
spacious living room with a tiled floor and a wooden beamed ceiling.
There is a bathroom, which has a tiled floor and a shower, toilet,
pedestal sink and bidet. To the first floor of the cottage there are
three bedrooms, all of which have wooden floors and ceilings.
In addition to this
there are storage rooms which house a wine cellar. This wine cellar can
be accessed internally from the ground floor of the cottage of via an
exterior access door.
Cottage Two: The
second cottage does require a little more modernisation work than the
first. There is a living room with a concrete floor, a kitchen with a
fireplace and tiled walls. Off the living room there is a wooden
staircase which leads to the first floor where there are two rooms, both
of which have windows.
This second cottage also
has a variety of annexes which have been used for storage purposes. Both
cottages have small gardens to the front with a variety of mature roses
and plants. |
