entrance porch. There is a living room, which has a tiled floor and a
fireplace. Off this living room there are three bedrooms, all of which
have tiled floors. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a shower cubicle,
vanity basin, toilet and bidet. There is a kitchen, which has some built
in units. Off the kitchen there is a sun room, which currently being
used as a laundry room, but could be turned into a dining area. This sun
room has doors leading out to a private walled garden with mature fruit
trees.
Garage: Adjacent
to the cottage there is a detached garage, which has an up and over
vehicle entry door. There is a second garage to the rear of the cottage,
which is accessed via a gravel lane. This garage, which has been
constructed using re-enforced concrete, also houses an adega. The adega
was traditionally used for making and storing wine.
There are additional
brick built annexes, some of which are open fronted. The farm has 15,000
square metres of land which is all relatively flat. There are a number
of mature fruit trees and vines. The farm also has a well and a water
storage tank. |

countryside, is located in Santa Maria Olivais, which is a suburb of
Tomar.
Tomar is a bustling town with all modern

cooperative adega, shops, cafes and restaurants.
The closest airport to the property is located at Lisbon, which is approximately one and a half hours' by car. |
