The house, which has
granite detail to the front, is set over three floors and is fully
double glazed. The house has been constructed to a high standard with
quality materials.
The house, which
measures 350 square metres of construction, briefly comprises:
Ground Floor: The
ground floor of the villa is a typical new build layout, taking
advantage of all available space and could be separated from the main
living floors to provide a self contained apartment. There is a double
integral garage, which has two up and over electric doors. The floor of
the garage will be tiled. There is a living room to this floor as well
as a room which will be pre-plumbed as a kitchen. Off the kitchen there
is a laundry room, which will be fully tiled and have a plinth on which
