The garden is private and can be accessed either from the house or via a side entrance gate. There is also a covered parking area within the garden large enough for one vehicle.
The property is situated within the heart of the village of Sao Miguel do Rio Torto and as such there are neighbouring properties around. The property is within walking distance of several cafes, bakeries, grocery shops, bars, health centre and pharmacies.
The larger town of Abrantes, which has a range of supermarkets, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, sports centres, health centres, hospital, schools, castle, river beach, train and bus station, is around five minutes drive from the property. The property is easy to located and has good access links to the A23 east west dual carriageway.
The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon, which is around one and a quarter hours' by car. Lisbon airport is serviced by a variety of low cost airlines which operate regular flights into and out of the United Kingdom and other European countries. |
