The kitchen area has a selection of built in base and eye level wooden units and there is a stainless steel double sink and drainer. Access to the first floor is via a metal, spiral staircase. This opens out onto a landing area with a tiled floor.

There are two double bedrooms to this floor, both of which have tiled floors. There is a family sized fully tiled bathroom with a bath with shower above, toilet, bidet and vanity basin with a marble top and storage cupboard beneath. The property also has a spacious attic, which has not been restored.

The property has a covered patio area to the rear of the house, where there is a built in barbecue and bread oven. The property is situated within the town of Serra and as such there are neighbouring houses opposite, though this does not

The property is situated in the small town of Serra, which has several cafe bars, a pharmacy, butchers, post office, mini market and church, in Central Portugal. The large town of Tomar, which is home to the UNESCO world heritage Convent do Cristo, is approximately 10 minutes by car.

The property overlooks the Castelo do Bode lake, which is popular for many types of watersports activities including scuba diving, canoeing, swimming, water skiing and sailing.

The closest airport to the property is located at Lisbon airport, which is approximately one and a quarter hours' by car. Porto airport is slightly further taking approximately two hours.
