The villa, which is set over two floors,

The property is situated on the outskirts
of the market town of Serra in Central Portugal. Serra, which has
several cafe bars, a bank, health centre, mini-market, builders'
merchants, pharmacy, motor boat dealer and butchers, is a popular town
and hosts it's own weekly market.
The world heritage town of
Tomar, which has a
hospital, bus and train station, ten pin bowling, cinema, library,
shops, restaurants, art galleries and museums, is a short ten minute
drive from the property.
The property has good views over Castelo
do Bode lake, Portugal's second largest reservoir, especially the Ilha
do Lombo and it's exclusive hotel. The Ilha do Lombo can only be
accessed by boat, the jetty of which is a short drive from the property.
The closest airport to the property is
located at Lisbon, which is approximately one and a half hours' drive.
