Within the kitchen area of the room there is a selection of built in base level units with marble work surfaces. Off this living room kitchen there is a spacious bathroom, which is fully tiled. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and vanity basin with marble top. main entrance to the property is situated at the rear.
At the side of the property there is an open fronted dining area, which has a built in barbecue and food preparation area. Adjacent to this there is a garage, which has a double opening metal vehicle access door. The property's garden is concentrated at the back and in addition to a gated driveway with amply hard standing for vehicle parking, there are a variety of patio areas as well as mature flower gardens. There are some young fruit trees as well as grape vines.

The property is situated in the small hamlet of Carvalhal near the town of Serra. The town of Serra, which has several cafe bars, a pharmacy, butchers, post office, mini market and church, is around five minutes drive. The larger town of Tomar, which is home to the UNESCO world heritage Convent do Cristo, is approximately 10 minutes by car.
The property overlooks the Castelo do Bode lake, which is popular for many types of water sports activities including scuba diving, canoeing, swimming, water skiing and sailing.
The closest airport to the property is located at Lisbon airport, which is approximately one and a quarter hours' by car. Porto airport is slightly further taking approximately two hours. |
