The apartment, which has
been pre-installed for air conditioning, is fully double glazed and has
electric integral shutters. The apartment has a spacious entrance
hall, with a polish wood floor and feature stone wall. There is a video
entry phone within this hallway. The living room, which is accessed off
the hallway via a set of part glazed double doors, has a set of patio
