A large plot of rustic land for sale close to Tomar in Central Portugal. The land, which measures 22,000 square metres, is located via a gravel road. The land has a large variety of mature trees including Olive and pine. The plot is mostly flat and is in an elevated position.

 

The land is not viable for construction of a permanent dwelling, however it is ideal for construction of temporary buildings such as Yurts or eco-homes.

 

The land does not have a well, though a borehole could be drilled. The land is located in the parish of Vila Nova, which is approximately 20 minutes drive from Tomar in central Portugal. The land has no neighbours and is in a peaceful area, though is easy to locate.
