In February 2013 I completed the purchase of a house in the Tomar area which was marketed by Claudia’s Chavetejo Imobiliaria .Throughout the whole process Claudia and her team were fantastic in their support .

In the beginning when searching for suitable properties , Claudia always offered clear , honest and unambiguous information, on available properties, and always understood clearly my specific requirements. There was never any pressure . Her knowledge of the area , including specific villages and who the neigbours were was an added benefit.

Then after selection Claudia’s assistance in negotiating the various steps through to completion was immense. Without her guidance it would be very difficult if not impossible for an expat to cope. It doesn’t stop with the purchasing process but hands on help is given in setting up services such as water, electricity , telephones etc . Even buying a washing machine.

To sum up Claudia and her team offer a complete service when buying a property, providing hands on support for everything you need to do when setting up a home in Portugal. A fantastic service for which I will always be grateful.
